We have carefully restored this charming Grade II listed cottage, delivery sympathetic improvements while preserving its historic character. Works completed so far, include:

- Full roof and chimney restoration

- Insulation of roof and walls to conservation standards

- Replacement of external cladding

- Installation of new guttering

- Specialist treatment of the original oak timbers with woodworm protection and hardener to ensure longevity.

This beautiful period property is not perfectly prepared and ready for phase two.
